Industrial Engineer - Logistics

Job Description

Design and improve factory and warehouse layouts, material flow, inventory systems, and manufacturing processes to increase safety, productivity, capacity, and operational readiness. Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, implement performance management and analytics systems, and collaborate across functions to launch and scale manufacturing and logistics operations.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field and 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering. Candidates should have experience improving material flow, inventory, or manufacturing processes, along with analytical, project management, and cross-functional skills; experience with SAP, MES, Power BI, and digital manufacturing tools is also listed.
