Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for instrument-control software, laboratory automation, workflow orchestration, and AI-enabled capabilities. Develop and integrate reliable automation frameworks, diagnose complex software and hardware issues, and help shape the roadmap for connected instruments and increasingly autonomous laboratory workflows.
Requirements: Requires a relevant technical degree and at least 6 years of software development experience with an advanced degree, or at least 8 years with a bachelor’s degree. Candidates need production software development expertise, experience with hardware-controlled systems and instrument integration, and skills in software architecture, asynchronous programming, scripting, and applying AI technologies.
