Software Engineer (SE/Senior/Staff)

Job Description

Own software features and systems from planning through deployment and ongoing production support, using AI coding agents while critically reviewing their output. Shape product and technical direction, build scalable and reliable systems, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers.

Requirements: Requires 3 to 10+ years of software engineering experience, production software ownership, hands-on use of AI coding agents, and strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, APIs, testing, and debugging. Candidates should communicate clearly, work effectively with ambiguity, and be comfortable building in TypeScript/Node.js/React or Elixir/Phoenix; commerce, supply chain, and production LLM experience are advantageous.
