Confluent Senior Software Engineer II - Product Security Access Management

Job Description

Design and implement secure access management primitives for users and service accounts, along with scalable authorization policies such as RBAC and ABAC. Independently deliver high-quality projects to production, troubleshoot complex cross-cloud issues, and collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to improve customer experience and security.

Requirements: Requires at least four years of relevant software, product, or security engineering experience, strong distributed-systems fundamentals, and experience building and operating large-scale cloud systems. Candidates should understand systems operations and be proficient in Java, Scala, C/C++, Go, or another statically typed language; experience with security, IAM, public clouds, and frontend and backend stacks is preferred.
