Lead Substation Engineer

Job Description

Lead the technical design and delivery of utility-scale transmission and distribution substation projects, including physical design, protection and control integration, grounding, equipment layouts, and construction support. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, support proposals and business development, and mentor engineers while maintaining technical quality, schedule, and budget.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent education and experience, along with a Professional Engineer license. Candidates should have substation project experience, knowledge of IEEE, NESC, and NEC standards, proficiency with relevant engineering software, and the ability to lead technical work and collaborate remotely.
