Senior Space Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop and own reliable embedded firmware that controls spacecraft, satellite buses, and reentry capsules throughout their missions, from requirements and design through testing and integration. Ensure software quality, performance, and reliability through verification and validation, and support flight operations.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent technical experience in safety-critical software, plus at least five years developing spacecraft or similar safety-critical software. Candidates must have experience developing and testing real-time embedded hardware/software systems and strong C++ skills; aerospace safety-critical experience and Python or Rust are preferred.
