Civil Engineer Manager (Transportation)

Job Description

Lead statewide pavement management efforts by evaluating pavement conditions, modeling performance, and maintaining quality controls and pavement guidelines. Coordinate with districts, counties, and other partners on pavement planning, policy development, data integration, and project prioritization.

Requirements: Requires four years of professional civil engineering experience, including three years in the relevant specialty and one year directing the work of civil engineers. A valid Professional Engineer license issued by Pennsylvania is required; candidates with an out-of-state license must obtain a Pennsylvania license within their initial six-month probationary period.
