Litigation Attorney (0-10 Years) - Remote + Court | Springfield

Job Description

Handle a caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters, managing cases with administrative and legal support. Attend local court appearances, typically two to three times per week, and develop greater independence in case management over time.

Requirements: Candidates should be licensed attorneys or awaiting bar results, with experience or interest in family law and/or civil litigation. Junior attorneys should be interested in litigation and courtroom experience and willing to learn through mentorship; experienced attorneys should be able to manage cases with increasing independence.
