Software Engineer - SnowConvert AI

Job Description

Develop code-conversion techniques, data migration and validation pipelines, and automated testing components that AI agents use to migrate applications to Snowflake. Design robust APIs and backend foundations, collaborating with the original SnowConvert, AI, and FDE teams to iterate on prototypes and early products.

Requirements: Candidates should have strong Python software engineering experience, including performance, reliability, and distributed systems, along with hands-on experience building agentic AI applications and a solid understanding of API design and backend architecture. Desired qualifications include Go, data engineering and ETL/ELT tools, streaming and asynchronous systems, large-scale pipeline optimization, open-source agentic framework contributions, and ownership of significant technical projects.
