Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Platform (Core AI Automation)

Job Description

Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems and secure, scalable backend infrastructure for automating customer support and compliance workflows. Lead complex AI projects from orchestration through deployment and monitoring, partner with operational and product teams, and strengthen engineering quality through reviews, mentoring, and on-call work.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience building production microservices, plus hands-on experience delivering LLM applications or AI/ML systems in production. Candidates should be proficient in Python and Golang or comparable backend languages, and have a record of delivering measurable outcomes, integrating AI models or external vendors, and working with data pipelines or large unstructured datasets.
