Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Platform (Core AI Automation)

Job Description

Design, build, deploy, and monitor agentic AI systems and secure, scalable backend infrastructure for automating customer support and compliance operations. Lead complex AI projects, collaborate with operational and product teams, and strengthen engineering quality through reviews, mentoring, and incident response.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience building production microservices, plus hands-on experience delivering LLM applications or AI/ML systems in production. Candidates should be proficient in Python and Golang or comparable backend languages, and have experience with AI model integrations, data pipelines, and delivering measurable business impact.
