Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Platform (Core AI Automation)

Job Description

Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems and secure, scalable backend infrastructure to automate customer support and compliance workflows. Lead complex AI projects from orchestration through deployment and monitoring, collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities, and strengthen engineering quality through mentoring, code reviews, and incident response.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience building production microservices, plus hands-on experience delivering LLM applications or AI/ML systems in production. Candidates should be proficient in Python and Golang or comparable backend languages, able to integrate AI models and APIs, and experienced in delivering measurable outcomes, data pipelines, and large-scale unstructured data workflows.
