Senior Mechanical Engineer (Design/Analysis)

Job Description

Perform and assess thermal and structural designs and analyses using classical methods and finite element tools, and develop hardware solutions that meet environmental and customer requirements. Lead multidisciplinary hardware design efforts and critical design reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support proposals with hardware baselines and development estimates.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and at least four years of mechanical engineering experience are required, along with strong CAD and finite element analysis expertise. Candidates should have leadership, communication, problem-solving, and military electronic hardware experience; preferred qualifications include a master's degree, experience with the listed CAD and analysis tools, manufacturing knowledge, model-based engineering experience, and an active Secret clearance.
