Senior Staff Agentic Search Infrastructure Engineer - Moveworks

Job Description

Own the architecture, development, and operation of large-scale search infrastructure, including indexing, ingestion, enrichment, and retrieval systems for enterprise data and AI agents. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives to improve multimodal and knowledge-based search, platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 8–12+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems, search platforms, or data infrastructure. Candidates should have hands-on experience with search technologies and production vector or AI-driven retrieval systems, plus a record of leading complex cross-team technical initiatives.
