Electrical Engineer - Design

Job Description

Design electrical, mechanical, and system drawings, logic diagrams, protection schemes, and test procedures for substation protection, control, and automation panels. Provide technical leadership and customer support throughout design, implementation, testing, and commissioning, while occasionally assisting with sales proposals and estimates.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and at least five years of power system protection, control, and automation engineering experience, including panel design and technical leadership. Candidates need experience with protection relays, communications protocols, commissioning or acceptance testing, and engineering design software; travel of approximately 5% and U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship are also required.
