Field Service Engineer I

Job Description

Install, program, test, troubleshoot, repair, and service custom high-precision machinery, including performing factory and customer-site acceptance testing. Diagnose equipment issues, support customer production and process development, provide technical guidance and training, and document service activities and equipment changes.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline is required; 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should have hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability, strong communication and customer service skills, and be comfortable with frequent travel and physically active field work.
