Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead end-to-end engineering and product development, from technology research and concept generation through prototype validation and product launch. Guide technical projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business development to deliver innovations and support new markets.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in industrial machine design or product development; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and finite element analysis skills, 3D CAD proficiency, technical leadership and communication abilities, and strong project management; experience with sensors, data analysis, and machine learning is an asset, while polymer science and injection molding knowledge are preferred.
