Senior Software Engineer - Appian Platform

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, records, expression rules, and reusable components, while supporting platform configuration, optimization, and upgrades. Build integrations with APIs, RESTful services, and enterprise data sources; deliver workflow and case-management solutions; and promote engineering, security, and compliance best practices.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least four years of hands-on Appian development, and at least four years designing, developing, and testing software or infrastructure. Candidates should have experience with workflow and case-based applications, platform security, integrations, Web APIs, messaging queues such as Kafka, and Appian SAIL, Records, Data Fabric, and deployment processes; a master's degree, Appian certification, and experience with AI, programming languages, databases, or data platforms are preferred.
