Staff, Software Engineer - Frontend

Job Description

Deliver scalable platform capabilities and drive the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Lead system design and technical decisions, integrate AI/ML capabilities, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to improve customer-focused search, browse, relevance, and personalization features.

Requirements: Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least four years of software engineering experience, or six years of relevant experience without a degree. They should bring expertise in cloud-native systems, software and API design, CI/CD, observability, debugging, data-driven improvement, collaboration, and technical leadership; a relevant master's degree and accessibility knowledge are preferred.
