AI & Automation Workflow Specialist

Job Description

Build, test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools. Work with attorneys and staff to gather requirements, support pilots and deployments, resolve issues, and improve workflows based on user feedback.

Requirements: Candidates need experience building or supporting workflows with Power Automate or a similar platform, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Professional services experience and familiarity with Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, document automation, or AI-enabled productivity tools are preferred.
