Grocery Trainer- 1st Shift

Job Description

Train and onboard distribution center associates in safe work practices, equipment operation, order selection, and palletizing, while assessing their progress and providing coaching or retraining. Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Industrial Engineering, and Human Resources to maintain training standards and documentation, and support production as needed.

Requirements: A high school education or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in order selection or lifting techniques; experience in an ADUSA distribution environment is also preferred. Candidates should communicate and work well with others, operate pallet jacks and lifts, meet demanding physical and environmental conditions, and be able to adapt training methods and use a computer for data entry and research.
