Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, integrate, and test real-time software for Standard Missile and ESSM systems, communications test equipment, and virtual operational missile programs. Support telemetry and test-data processing, system interfaces, integration and flight tests, safety reviews, and technical coordination with Navy stakeholders and contractors.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; C++ software engineering experience in real-time embedded systems; and an active Secret clearance. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience with VxWorks, missile and Aegis programs, telemetry, VMEbus, safety-critical software, and formal safety reviews.
