Principal Engineer Sr. - Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead complex product development and engineering initiatives, from concept and design through testing, optimization, and implementation. Direct multidisciplinary project teams, resolve product performance issues, maintain engineering standards, and mentor engineers across the organization.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 10 years of engineering experience, including a record of successfully leading complex projects. Candidates should have strong electrical design expertise, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions; a master's degree and mentoring experience are preferred.
