Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Design building electrical systems and components, producing drawings, calculations, specifications, and other technical solutions that meet project requirements, budgets, aesthetic goals, and applicable codes. Coordinate designs with other disciplines throughout project phases, assess site conditions, and review products and shop drawings for compliance with project documents and quality controls.

Requirements: Requires related post-secondary education, registration with a relevant professional engineering association, and 7–10 years of project experience in electrical engineering for building systems. Candidates should be proficient with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and electrical design software, and have knowledge of building electrical systems, building codes, and architectural design concepts.
