Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture

Job Description

Design, build, and operate production agentic systems, MCP integrations, and reusable developer tools, including AI capabilities integrated into CI/CD workflows. Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and partner with teams to discover, prototype, deploy, monitor, and improve secure and reliable AI solutions.

Requirements: Requires at least six years of software engineering experience, including hands-on production work with AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications, agentic SDKs or harnesses, MCP, and strong programming and engineering fundamentals. Candidates should have experience integrating AI into developer workflows, make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous settings, and communicate effectively while mentoring and leading through influence.
