Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, build, test, and maintain AI-native software features and ServiceNow applications, owning medium-complexity work from design through deployment and production support. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, improve software quality and reliability, and provide informal mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires 6+ years of software development experience with a bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a master's degree, a PhD with no experience requirement, or equivalent experience; also requires hands-on experience with AI-native development and the ServiceNow platform. Candidates should be proficient in Python, Java, or JavaScript and have experience with cloud services, APIs, databases, testing, CI/CD, and customer or team collaboration.
