Perform electrical studies, SCADA, and protection engineering work for power generation, substations, transmission, and distribution projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and commissioning. Prepare technical reports and documentation, support project planning and field coordination, and assist with risk assessment, permitting, and engineering improvements.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, or computer engineering from an ABET-accredited university, 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, and an Engineer in Training certificate. Candidates should understand electrical engineering and three-phase power fundamentals and demonstrate analytical, communication, organizational, safety, and technical writing skills; a master's degree and progress toward PE registration are preferred.
