Perform electrical studies and system protection work for generation facilities, substations, transmission systems, and distribution systems, including analysis, design studies, and relay-related tasks. Prepare technical reports, support project risk assessment and planning, coordinate field work and permitting, and assist technical staff and project managers with design and remediation activities.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, or computer engineering from an ABET-accredited university and 3–5 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates should understand electrical engineering and three-phase power fundamentals, communicate effectively, write technical documentation, work independently and collaboratively, and meet project-specific scheduling and travel needs.
