Perform electrical studies, SCADA and protection engineering work for power generation, substations, transmission, and distribution projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and commissioning. Prepare technical reports and documentation, support project planning and field work, and assist project teams with risk assessment, design, construction, and remediation activities.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, or computer engineering from an ABET-accredited university and 3–5 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates should understand electrical engineering and power system fundamentals, communicate effectively, produce technical documentation, and work independently and collaboratively; an EIT certification and relevant power systems coursework are preferred.
