Design and manage roadway, rail transit, drainage, and stormwater infrastructure projects, including analysis, planning, and capital improvement programs. Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subconsultants; review designs, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Requirements: Project engineer or manager candidates should have a civil engineering PE registration, preferred or required, and approximately 5–10 years of relevant project design and management experience. Entry-level candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with hydrology and hydraulics coursework, up to five years of relevant experience, strong organizational and teamwork skills, and familiarity with CAD, GIS, and basic hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
