Job Description

Lead customer implementations of Factory’s platform, integrating it into engineering environments, resolving technical challenges, and helping customers adopt the technology effectively. Lead special engineering projects and collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and operations to turn customer needs into product improvements.

Requirements: Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn technologies and make changes across a broad software stack. Experience at innovative AI or software engineering companies is preferred, along with a proactive approach suited to a fast-paced startup.
