Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead electrical design and technical delivery for industrial power generation, paralleling switchgear, and microgrid projects, including system studies, protection coordination, control integration, and grid interconnection. Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and compliance oversight from concept through commissioning.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of directly related electrical or power engineering experience are required; a graduate degree and PE license are preferred. Candidates should bring expertise in power systems, protection and control, SCADA, applicable electrical codes, analysis software, project leadership, and field commissioning, with strong communication and mentoring abilities.
