Civil Engineer I (One Water)

Job Description

Supports municipal water, wastewater, storm drainage, and floodplain engineering projects under the direction of experienced engineers, including reviewing designs, analyzing project information, and preparing plans, specifications, reports, and schedules. Coordinates with departments and agencies, may inspect construction sites, provide technical information to stakeholders, and assist with project budgets and computer simulation models.

Requirements: Requires a college degree or equivalent work experience, with a bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; some applied engineering experience is preferred but not required. Candidates need a valid driver's license and the ability to apply engineering principles, mathematical and statistical analysis, relevant software, and strong written and verbal communication.
