Civil Engineer - Land Development

Job Description

Prepare site development plans and engineering calculations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and permitting agencies, and support feasibility studies, technical reports, regulatory approvals, and quality design delivery.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline and at least two years of civil site design or land development experience. Candidates should have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, development project experience, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
