Civil Engineer - Land Development

Job Description

Prepare site development plans and engineering calculations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and permitting agencies, and support feasibility studies, technical reports, and regulatory approvals.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline and at least two years of experience in civil site design or land development. Candidates should have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, relevant development project experience, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
