Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of secure, high-quality software, while reviewing code and improving application stability through automation. Promote responsible use of approved AI-assisted engineering tools, establish validation practices, and evaluate external and internal technology solutions for fit with existing systems.

Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least five years of applied experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Candidates should have advanced programming skills, experience leading safe and effective AI-assisted development, strong SDLC and agile knowledge, financial services IT experience, and practical cloud-native experience; Java, TypeScript, Python, graph databases, and architecture frameworks are preferred.
