Intermediate Professional Substation Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Design low- to extra-high-voltage substations, producing electrical drawings and plans such as schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, grounding, foundations, and lighting protection. Conduct site visits, support quality reviews, follow client standards, and contribute to safe, technically sound project delivery.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 1–3 years of relevant post-education electrical engineering experience are required, along with knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, construction, and project processes. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; an Engineer in Training certification or passing the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is preferred.
