Staff Software Engineer, AI Developer Tooling

Job Description

Set priorities for AI-assisted development and build APIs, integrations, and execution tooling that let coding agents complete engineering workflows reliably. Improve AI-generated pull requests and automate recurring maintenance work, while partnering across teams to measure impact on manual effort and delivery.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, production systems ownership, and experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or engineering automation. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI coding agents, strong system design and integration skills, a record of leading cross-team initiatives, and clear communication skills; machine learning experience is not required.
