Civil Engineer – Designer – EIT IV

Job Description

Independently resolve complex civil design problems and lead technical work across civil systems, producing plans, specifications, reports, studies, estimates, and permit applications. Direct and review technician work, manage day-to-day client and interdisciplinary coordination, and contribute to project planning and business development.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least four years of land development design experience using Civil 3D, and EIT/FE certification with PE registration or the ability to obtain licensure within one year. Candidates should demonstrate independent engineering judgment, strong communication and leadership, familiarity with project financial reporting, and readiness for client and business development responsibilities.
