Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Design and build scalable systems for millions of borrowers and financial partners, while contributing to architecture decisions, roadmap planning, and technical direction. Set engineering quality standards, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations, and improve engineering processes across the organization.

Requirements: Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, strong technical expertise, and experience building and maintaining large-scale production systems. The role requires backend depth with the ability to work across the stack, strong written communication, and a computer science degree; experience with Python, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS is relevant, though other technology stacks are welcome.
