Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Define and implement production processes, conduct time and capacity studies, balance production lines, and maintain engineered time standards. Apply statistical and continuous-improvement methods to optimize manufacturing workflows, and support aerospace hardware manufacturing and assembly operations.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least three years of experience are required. Candidates should understand aircraft manufacturing and industrial engineering principles, know Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical tools, and have strong communication and project management skills plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, TeamCenter, and project management software.
