Job Description

Analyze and resolve manufacturing equipment and process downtime, identify root causes of critical failures, and develop countermeasures with leadership. Provide emergency technical support, assist with equipment installation and troubleshooting, and contribute to process standardization and regional improvement initiatives.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and 2–8 years of manufacturing experience are required, preferably in automotive welding or assembly. Candidates should know automated electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, safety controls, CAD, and Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills; work authorization without sponsorship is required.
