Senior System Software Engineer, Agentic Retrieval

Job Description

Develop and optimize GPU-accelerated, Rust-based data processing frameworks and components for multimodal Agentic Retrieval pipelines, including systems for preparing, filtering, deduplicating, and classifying training data. Benchmark and optimize algorithms, collaborate with research and cross-functional teams to develop production-ready tools, and contribute to continuous delivery, code reviews, and integrated AI productivity experiences.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least six years in a related role. Candidates should have cloud and MLOps experience and hands-on knowledge of NLP, LLMs, VLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic Retrieval, along with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
