Senior System Software Engineer, Agentic Retrieval

Job Description

Develop and optimize Rust-based, GPU-accelerated data processing frameworks and multimodal Agentic Retrieval pipelines, including systems for preparing, deduplicating, filtering, and classifying training data. Benchmark and improve system performance, collaborate with research and product teams on production tools, and contribute to continuous delivery, code reviews, and integrated AI-powered experiences.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus at least six years in a related role. Candidates should have cloud software experience, familiarity with MLOps technologies such as containers and Kubernetes, hands-on expertise in NLP, LLMs, VLMs, generative AI, and Agentic Retrieval, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
