Grocery Trainer- 1st Shift

Job Description

Train and coach new and existing distribution center associates in safe work practices, equipment operation, order selection, and palletizing. Assess and certify associate performance, provide follow-up training, and coordinate with operations, safety, engineering, and human resources to support onboarding and process improvements.

Requirements: A high school education or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in order selection and/or lifting techniques. Candidates should communicate effectively, work well with others, operate material-handling equipment, and be able to meet the role’s physical and environmental demands.
