Industrial Engineer V - (E5)

Job Description

Analyze complex business problems and large datasets to develop data-driven recommendations and executive-level deliverables. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize operations, improve business performance, reduce cycle time and costs, and manage initiatives to achieve their intended scope, schedule, and impact.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field and 10–15 years of relevant experience; an MBA, a master's in engineering, or equivalent business experience is preferred. Candidates should have expert-level analytics skills, experience influencing cross-functional teams, strong communication and organizational abilities, broad business knowledge, and working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
