Industrial Engineer 2/3

Job Description

Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows using data analysis, modeling, simulation, time studies, and value stream mapping to reduce waste and increase factory efficiency. Support capacity planning, equipment and facility layouts, capital asset analyses, continuous improvement initiatives, and communication with cross-functional teams and customers.

Requirements: Requires a STEM bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a STEM master's degree with no experience for level 2; level 3 requires a bachelor's degree with 5 years or a master's degree with 3 years. Candidates must have MES experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, data analysis or visualization experience, factory simulation experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
