Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Public Sector

Job Description

Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of the Tines platform for public sector and federal customers, while driving adoption, training stakeholders, and identifying new use cases that deliver measurable value. Serve as the primary technical advisor, build customer relationships, resolve issues, travel to customer sites, and share field insights with internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years in a technical customer-facing role and 5+ years supporting public sector or federal customers, with a record of driving adoption and measurable outcomes in enterprise environments. Candidates should bring strong engineering and Python skills, production experience with LLMs and AI systems, stakeholder enablement and communication abilities, and willingness to travel 20–40%; U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship is required.
