Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

Job Description

Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, automations, and integrations that improve employee experiences and operational efficiency. Collaborate with product, business, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions, resolve issues, and advance platform standards and engineering quality.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience developing on ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms, building and consuming REST APIs, and working with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are expected; ServiceNow certifications, relevant module experience, Agile and CI/CD experience, and large-enterprise experience are additional qualifications.
