Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

Job Description

Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, user experiences, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. Troubleshoot platform issues, ensure delivery quality through testing and release practices, and collaborate with business and technical teams to improve automation, reliability, and reusable engineering standards.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience developing on ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms, building and consuming REST APIs, and working with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation. Strong troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer-focused delivery skills are expected; ServiceNow certifications and experience with enterprise modules, Agile, and CI/CD are additional qualifications.
